Scottish Police Federation

Scottish Police Federation

The Scottish Police Federation (SPF) is the staff association that represents the interests of 99% of the police officers in Scotland. Often referred to at the police trade union the SPF has developed a formidable reputation and is consistently seen as the go to body by those want an honest insight into the health of the police service in Scotland. Known for their no nonsense, straight talking approach the SPF has delivered some of the most brutal assessments of the impact of austerity on the service to the public, as well as its own members. It is also often seen as the only voice standing up for the reputation of a much maligned service.
